The Coverslip Bottom

The µ-Plate 96 Well Black Glass Bottom comes with a high precision D263 M Schott glass, No 1.5H (170 +/– 5 µm) Glass Coverslip bottom. This bottom is ideally suitable for high-resolution microscopy and special microscopic applications like TIRF or super-resolution.

Application Examples

Fluorescence microscopy of immunostained Rat1 fibroblasts in the µ-Plate 96 Well Black Glass Bottom. Cells were stained for F-actin (red), Talin (green) and nuclei (DAPI, blue) and imaged using a 60x objective.
